Description
Exercices gymniques selon ses capacités pour maintenir sa forme physique et bien avancer en âge. Chaque séance débute par un échauffement et se poursuit avec des séquences de mobilisations articulaires, de renforcements musculaires, d'étirements et se termine par un moment de détente.
